Admission Policy

Course Fees
Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule provided at the time of admission.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Attendance
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for the final examination or receive a course completion certificate.
Students must inform the administration in case of long-term absence.
Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline, respect faculty and staff, and follow all institute rules.
Misconduct, cheating, damage to property, or disruptive behavior can lead to suspension or expulsion.
Course Material & Software
Study materials provided by the institute are for student use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
Unauthorized use or distribution of software is strictly prohibited.
Examination & Certification
Students must pass internal assessments and final exams to be eligible for certification.
Certificates will only be issued after successful completion of the course and clearance of dues.
Lab & Equipment Usage
Students are responsible for the proper use of computer systems and equipment.
Any intentional damage will be charged to the student.
Privacy Policy
Student data is kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
The institute does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
Changes to Terms
The institute reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be notified on the official notice board or website.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of ICT.
